- Exclusions: Custom-ordered materials for specialized projects may require a material draw, which will be explicitly outlined in your written contract.
4. Financing Disclaimer
TGR is not a lender. We provide links to third-party financial institutions as a convenience to our customers.
- Approval: All financing is subject to credit approval by the third-party lender.
- Terms: Interest rates, payment terms, and "no interest" periods are determined solely by the lender and your creditworthiness.
5. Forensic Assessments & Estimates
- Online Quotes: Any pricing provided via email or phone prior to a site visit is a rough estimate only.
- Forensic Assessment: Our "Forensic Assessment" refers to our detailed inspection methodology. It does not constitute a licensed engineering report unless explicitly stated and performed by a Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) as part of a paid scope of work.
6. Limitation of Liability
