How it works

Four steps from first call to finished job

We move through each stage deliberately. No rushing. No surprises. Just honest work and honest payment.

One

Free assessment

We visit your home, measure what is actually happening, and identify the root cause. The inspection takes 60 to 90 minutes. You get a clear diagnosis, not a guess.

Two

Honest proposal

We show you what needs to happen and what it will cost. No pressure. No upsell. If we find a hidden issue during the job, we tell you before we touch it.

Three

We handle the work

We finish it right. Every nail. Every seal. Every detail matters because your home matters.

Four

You inspect and pay

Walk the job with us. When you are satisfied, you pay. That is the only moment money changes hands.

We Don't Cover Up Problems. We Fix Them

A quick patch job looks fine on day one, but it fails in year three. Most companies just slap new material over rotting wood or a sinking slab. We find the root cause, fix the actual damage, and guarantee the work for life. Look at the difference.

Questions you should be asking

We don't hide the fine print. Here is exactly how our pricing, crews, and warranties work before you ever pick up the phone.

Is it really $0 down? How does that work?

Yes. In an industry where most contractors ask for 50% upfront, we operate differently. We have the financial stability to purchase materials and pay our crews before you pay us. We believe you should see materials on-site and progress being made before money changes hands. It keeps us accountable and keeps you protected.

How does the 0% financing work?

If you want to keep your cash in the bank, you can spread the total cost of your project over 24 months with zero interest. If you need the lowest possible monthly payment, we offer terms up to 15 years (180 months) that often cost less than a standard electric bill.

Are you licensed and insured?

Absolutely. We carry a $2 Million General Liability policy and Worker’s Compensation coverage to protect your home and our crew. We are happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) directly from our provider with your name on it before we step foot on your property.

What happens if you find rotten wood under my old siding?

We stop, document it, and show you the photos. We completely repair the structural framing before a single piece of new James Hardie fiber cement goes up. We refuse to cover up a problem just to finish a job faster.

If I get a patio extension, will it look like a cheap add-on?

Absolutely not. We specifically source materials to perfectly match your existing brick and roofline. When we are done, it looks like it was built with the original house.

Who is actually doing the work on my house?

Our in-house team. We don't farm your project out to random subcontractors. You get one dedicated crew, one project manager keeping you updated, and a single lifetime warranty.

How long does a home inspection take?

Most inspections take about 60–90 minutes, depending on the size of the home and the scope of concerns. The goal is to identify root causes, not just visible symptoms.

Are you more expensive than other contractors?

Not necessarily. Pricing reflects proper preparation, coordinated execution, and single-company accountability, which often prevents the added costs that come from fragmented or incomplete work.

How do you know exactly what my foundation needs?

We never guess or eyeball it. We use a computer-guided altimeter to map your slab's exact elevation. We show you the hard data, fix the exact drop, and run a plumbing test after the lift to ensure your pipes are safe.

What does your "One Lifetime Warranty" actually mean?

Because we do the work in-house instead of using scattered subcontractors, you don't get stuck with a bunch of confusing, overlapping warranties. If our workmanship fails, we come back and fix it. No runarounds and no finger-pointing.
